Programs

Before registering for classes, all athletes must undergo a mandatory evaluation process, which assesses the athletes strengths and weaknesses. Based on this evaluation, athletes are placed in the performance group that best addresses their athletic needs.


All-Star

Our All-Star athletes continue to work with the basic fundamentals of Acceleration & Change of Direction in an increasingly intense setting, where classes consist of more strength exercises and include different styles of resistance and advanced coordination. This group usually consists of athletes ages 11 - 13 but athletes are not restricted based on their age.

Classes are 2 hours. This includes an active warmup, 1 hour of strength training, and 1 hour of speed training.


Pro

These are the most crucial years for all athletes, the time when an athlete has the greatest opportunity to build strength, power, and speed to stand out in their sport. This is the time to strengthen weaknesses and correct flaws in technique, before the become bad habits that are very hard to change. Maximizing progress while focusing on proper technique helps athletes build skills and prevent injuries.

Our Pro Program is constantly evolving to utilize the latest techniques and equipment, advancing any athletes game beyond the next level!

Pro Advance

All workouts are built to focus on the individual athletes needs and based upon the sports they play, as well as their specific strengths and weaknesses. The program will focus on proper techniques for speed & strength training, while improving force production, explosiveness, agility, strength, balance, stability, and more. What truly makes our program different from all the rest is not only the superior training staff but also the ability of our trainers to educate the athletes “why” they are doing something.

Pro Advance classes are designed to take the athletes abilities to the next level, preparing them to potentially play at the collegiate level.

Classes are 2 hours. This includes an active warm-up, 1 hour of strength training, and 1 hour of speed training.


College

The College program at Revolution Athletics incorporates the most innovative training techniques in the industry to keep our athletes on top of their game. Our programs are designed to further advance their athletic abilities both on the field and in the weight room. As a collegiate athlete, you must be on top of your game consistently if you are to compete with the best in the country. Being prepared mentally and physically is crucial in enjoying a success college career.

Classes are 2 hours. This includes an active warm-up, 1 hour of strength training, and 1 hour of speed training.


Team Training

At Revolution Athletics, we know the value of team camaraderie and its importance to having a successful season. Our team training programs will facilitate all your teams’ needs to improve their overall speed, strength, and conditioning. Revolution Athletics will customize training programs according to the age, sport, skill level, and specific strengths and weaknesses of a particular team.

Classes are an hour long and are a combination of both speed and strength training.
