Mandatory Evaluation: All athletes must complete an evaluation to assess strengths and weaknesses. Based on results, athletes are placed in the group that best suits their needs.

Class Details:

  • Duration: 2 hours

  • Breakdown: Active Warm-Up: 20 minutes | Strength Training: 1 hour | Speed Training: 1 hour


All-Star

Focus Areas: Acceleration | Change of Direction | Strength Development | Advanced Coordination

Program Highlights:

  • Core athletic fundamentals with progressive intensity

  • Varied resistance styles (bands, weights, partner drills)

  • Strength-based exercises to improve power and control

  • Coordination drills for better balance and agility

For Athletes:

  • Ages 11–13 (or any athlete ready for advanced training)

  • Age is not a restriction; all are welcome!


Pro

Maximizing Athletic Potential: Critical years for developing strength, power, & speed to excel in your sport.

Program Focus:

  • Personalized training based on sport, strengths, & weaknesses

  • Technique emphasis on speed & strength training with a focus on proper form

  • Skills development: force production, explosiveness, agility, strength, balance, & stability

  • Unique approach: Trainers educate athletes on the “why” behind each exercise for sustainable progress

Goal: Prepare athletes for collegiate play and beyond, gradually elevating performance to the next level

For Athletes: Ages 13–18 (open to all, age is not a restriction)


College


Innovative Training: Incorporating the latest techniques to keep athletes at the top of their game.

Program Focus:

  • Advancing athletic abilities on the field and in the weight room

  • Emphasizing the mental and physical preparation needed to compete at the highest level

Goal: Help athletes stay consistent and competitive, ensuring success in their college athletic careers.

For Athletes: Currently in college or 18+


Team Training

Focus: Building team camaraderie and improving speed, strength, and conditioning for a successful season.
